FL- Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards is pleased to announce their award winning wines of 2011. The Winery won a total of 30 medals including five Gold & twelve Silver from seven different international wine competitions. Some of the prestigious wine competitions included the Los Angeles Wine Competition, Jefferson Cup and the Florida State Fair International Wine Competition.
Their famous Southern Red, Southern White, and Cuvee Noir wines took home the coveted Gold medals, while Southern White stole the show winning three of the five Gold medals. The winery continues to demonstrate the success they have enjoyed since their first competition entry back in 1988 and strive to continuously exceed their level of excellence. Lakeridge Winery proudly displays their growing collection of over 500 awards at the winery and invite guests to visit the winery for a free tasting of some of their award-winning wines.
Lakeridge wines are available for purchase at many participating retail locations throughout Florida and Georgia including Publix, Target, Sam's Club, Whole Foods, Walgreens, Total Wine and Winn Dixie stores, among many others. Their wines have always been produced by "green" standards and are dedicated to remain stewards of the environment.
Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards is Florida's largest premium winery and remains a pioneer in the development of table and sparkling wines made from Muscadine and hybrid grapes.
